The positions of coach and high school captain are regarded by the RBA as role model positions of leadership, honor and trust. Those who hold these positions are expected to conduct themselves, both within and outside the RBA, in a manner consistent with these positions. The RBA may discipline any coach or captain when, in its sole discretion, the RBA believes that the individual has not acted in a manner consistent with the ideals of the organization. Such discipline may include suspension, termination, or expulsion from the position or the league.

As an organization that serves the youth of the community, the RBA may take action that it believes, in its sole discretion, is necessary to ensure the health, saftey, and physical and moral welfare of the children it primarily serves.
